Important Refund Information
Refunds are ONLY eligible before your campaign starts. Once we launch your Spotify advertising campaign, we cannot process refunds as ad spend has already been committed to Spotify's platform.

At StreamsBoost, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Spotify promotion campaign.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as refund eligibility depends on your campaign status.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- ✓Campaign has not yet started
- ✓Request made within 24 hours of purchase
- ✓No Spotify ads have been launched
- ✓Campaign is still in review/setup phase
NOT Eligible for Refund
- ✗Campaign ads have already launched
- ✗Streams have started delivering
- ✗Ad spend has been committed to Spotify
- ✗Campaign is in progress or completed
Why Can't We Refund After Campaign Starts?
Once your campaign begins, we commit advertising spend directly to Spotify's advertising platform to run your promotions. This includes:
- Paying Spotify for ad placements targeting your selected regions
- Setting up audience targeting for USA, Canada, UK, EU, NZ, and more
- Committing budget for the full campaign duration
- Allocating resources for campaign monitoring and optimization
Once funds are committed to Spotify's ad platform, they cannot be recovered. This is why we cannot offer refunds after your campaign launches.
Campaign Timeline & Refund Window
You can request a full refund at this stage.
Campaign is being reviewed. Refunds still available.
Ads are live on Spotify. Refunds are no longer available.
Monetized streams are being delivered to your track.
How to Request a Refund
If your campaign has not yet started, you can request a refund by:
- Sending an email to support@streamsboost.com
- Include your order confirmation/email and Spotify track link
- State that you wish to cancel and request a refund
- We will verify your campaign status and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for campaigns that have started. Once ads are running, the full campaign will be delivered as purchased. If you experience any issues with stream delivery, please contact support and we will work to resolve the issue or provide campaign credit where appropriate.
Campaign Issues & Disputes
If you experience issues with your campaign (such as significant under-delivery), please contact us before filing a payment dispute. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to:
- Investigate any delivery issues
- Extend your campaign if needed
- Provide additional streams to meet your package guarantee
- Offer credit toward future campaigns
